Our Process
Every dozen starts with how we raise our flock. Here's what that looks like, day to day.
Pasture, not cages
Our hens spend their days on open pasture — scratching, dust-bathing, and foraging the way hens naturally do. Rotating them across fresh ground keeps the grass healthy and the flock active, which shows up in stronger shells and richer yolks.
A pond for the ducks
Our Pekin ducks have their own space alongside a small farm pond, where they swim, forage for insects, and lay in quiet, straw-lined nests. It's a slower, gentler rhythm — and it's part of why duck eggs from the ranch taste so different from anything store-bought.
Clean, all-natural feed
We feed a balanced diet free of fillers or by-products, supplemented by what the flock forages naturally on pasture.
Collected every morning
Nests are checked daily, so eggs go from coop to carton within hours — never sitting in cold storage for weeks.
Sustainable by design
Small flock sizes, rotational grazing, and local-only distribution keep our footprint light and our community close.
Eggs that taste the difference
Pasture time, clean feed, and daily care add up to something you can taste — deeper color, richer flavor, and a shelf life that reflects real freshness.
